Almost every Wednesday this summer, we’ve asked members of Alpha Delta Pi to share with you why they decided to call ADPI their forever homes.

May 25, 2022 - Callie Matyas

Today you’ll hear from Callie Matyas, about why she decided to call ADPI her forever home. Callie is apart of AC ’21, is a psychology major, and from River Ridge, LA.

From the moment I walked through the doors of Alpha Delta Pi, I knew I was home. Alpha Delta Pi has allowed me to truly be myself and grow into the young woman I am destined to be. It has given me the opportunity to create forever friendships and make the world a better place. I am so thankful for Alpha Delta Pi because this sorority has opened my eyes to new and exciting possibilities.

June 22, 2022 - Aubrey Gaudet

Today you’ll hear from Aubrey Gaudet, about why she decided to call ADPI her forever home. Aubrey is apart of AC ’21, is a business major, and from New Orleans, LA.

I remember walking down the row during recruitment and being so overwhelmed and nervous. ADPi made me feel so welcomed and calm throughout the recruitment process. Everyone was so friendly!! ADPI gave me friendships that I know will last a lifetime and I am forever grateful🥰

July 13, 2022 - Mackenzie Breaux

Today you’ll hear from Mackenzie Breaux, about why she decided to call ADPI her forever home. Mackenzie is apart of AC ’21, is a fashion merchandising major, and from Lafayette, LA.

During recruitment, I was so nervous because I didn’t know anyone and I was super shy. Once I walked into the ADPI house it felt like a breath of fresh air! I’ve met the most amazing women in ADPI including my big, Mackenzie Matherne. We met during recruitment and then she became my bid day buddy and right away made me feel like I was meant to be there. She’s been one of my best friends this past year and has inspired me in so many ways! I will forever cherish the sisterhood that ADPI has given me and the best friends that will last a lifetime!
